LEGAL ASSISTANT WITH PLAINTIFF PI & MED MAL for FIRM IN WPB, FL (Pre-Suit & Litigation) Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to work for a reputable law firm. They offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and flex schedules. This is a permanent, internal Floater position so will change attorney assignments regularly. The challenging and interesting duties you will have: Prepare medical chronologies and medical expense itemizations Prepare discovery responses for attorney review Draft pleadings Assist in trial preparation, including witness organization and exhibit lists Anticipate and identify clients'/colleagues' current and future needs Share information and offer ideas and solutions in a team environment Requirements Three or more years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases (Pre-suit & Lit) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required Self‑motivated and organized Attention to detail and accuracy If you are ready to hear more about this amazing position, kindly forward your resume to me in Word Format to View email address on click.appcast.io Job # 16403 #J-18808-Ljbffr Toplawjobs
