This role partners with leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives and ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and workforce plans Partner with leadership to identify current and future hiring needs Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and tools Recruitment & Hiring Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding Build strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms Ensure a consistent and effective candidate evaluation process Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Enhance employer brand to attract top talent Promote positive and professional candidate experience Develop recruitment marketing initiatives and outreach programs Data & Reporting Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies Team Leadership Manage and mentor recruiters or sourcing specialists Provide training and best practices for hiring managers Foster collaboration across departments What Success Looks Like Strong pipeline of qualified candidates across roles Reduced time-to-fill and improved hiring quality Positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers Alignment between hiring outcomes and business growth goals What You Bring To The Table Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (leadership experience preferred) Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment processes Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employment laws, and HR best practices [Corp_Exton...nministration | Word] Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems [Corp_Exton...nministration | Word] Preferred (Optional) Experience leading recruitment teams Industry-specific hiring experience HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) What We Bring To The Table An awesome, collaborative culture Compensation based upon background and experience Full benefits package Vacation Cellphone Allowance We are an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
