What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care across diverse surgical and procedural cases in an inpatient hospital setting
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff
• Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and perioperative patient evaluations
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively
• Respond promptly during scheduled call shifts (within 1 hour, with a 2-hour callback minimum)
• Support staffing needs and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• Document all patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Active Michigan RN License
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA
• Minimum of 2 years hospital-based anesthesia experience
• Ability to respond quickly during on-call periods
• No lapsed or re-certification candidates

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or similar environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital setting
• H1B or J1 visa candidates eligible
