About the Opportunity

\n

We are seeking experienced UltraTax CS Specialists and Tax Professionals to support an AI training project focused on real-world tax preparation and compliance workflows . You’ll use your hands-on tax expertise to complete realistic tasks and provide accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Complete tax preparation and compliance workflows using UltraTax CS.
\n
• Prepare and review U.S. Federal and State tax returns .
\n
• Enter and review taxpayer information, income, deductions, and credits.
\n
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent tax data .
\n
• Work with individual, business, corporate, and partnership tax scenarios.
\n
• Explain and document UltraTax CS workflows and tax preparation steps .
\n
• Review completed tax work for accuracy and compliance .
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Strong hands-on experience with UltraTax CS .
\n
• Professional experience in tax preparation, tax accounting, or tax compliance .
\n
• Experience preparing or reviewing U.S. Federal and State tax returns .
\n
• Knowledge of U.S. tax forms, terminology, and filing processes .
\n
• Ability to independently navigate UltraTax CS and complete common workflows.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify tax or data-entry errors.
\n
• Strong written communication skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with individual and business tax returns , including corporations and partnerships.
\n
• Ability to create realistic tax workflow examples.
\n
• Experience documenting professional tax preparation processes.
\n

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $90–$170/hour.
