Production Associate – Door Manufacturing (1st Shift)

Location: Sidman, PA
Pay: $18.58 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Sidman, PA. In this role, you will help manufacture high-quality commercial doors by operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished materials, and preparing orders for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, woodworking, warehouse, or construction-related experience.

Responsibilities

Depending on your assignment, you may be responsible for:

• Operating small and large production machines used in the manufacturing of commercial doors.
• Working on an assembly line to build and assemble doors.
• Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Machining doors for hardware installation.
• Preparing, moving, and handling materials throughout the production process.
• Staging, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Performing general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or similar products.
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
• General knowledge of building materials.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Experience using tape measures and basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
