Workers Compensation Case Manager (Applicant)

Job Description Job Description Join a Winning Team and Make a Difference The Dominguez Firm—one of California’s most successful and recognized personal injury law firms—is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping injured workers navigate the claims process, working closely with attorneys to ensure clients receive the care and benefits they deserve. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of 150–200 active Workers’ Compensation files from intake through settlement Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and defense counsel Coordinate medical appointments and obtain necessary records Review medical reports and ensure clients receive all entitled benefits Prepare case files for hearings, depositions, and trials Maintain detailed case notes and provide consistent client updates What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation case management experience in a law firm Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation procedures and terminology Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software Why Join Us Competitive compensation Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Meaningful work helping people through challenging times Ready to make an impact?
