Job SummaryOPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT.OPSPro is seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI Software Developer to join their team. Candidate will provide client support for cloud based applications, mainly Microsoft 365 environments. Ability to work both independently, and as part of a cross-functional team while handling multiple tasks concurrently. Support and maintain corporate application systems for intranet. Willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities. Contributes to a positive team/work environment while continually seeking ways to enhance contributions to the team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Use data to understand business patterns and trendsAnalyze internal and external data through quantitative researchCommunicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reportsPromote best practices in data analysis and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teamsCreate, Update, Develop business tools and applications for use across the companyProvide documentation and training for company and client staff on use of business applicationsAssist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and productionMust be able to effectively communicate with users at all skill levels and document unique issues and solutions in a support knowledgebase or procedure/policy documentsAccurately update applications, websites, and content management systemsTroubleshoot, analyze, and support software applications and business processes.
