Receptionist

*Building Maintenance / Front Desk Assistant Duties*

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and vendors upon arrival.
* Maintain visitor logs and ensure all guests complete sign-in procedures.
* Receive, sort, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
* Coordinate package pickups and deliveries as needed.
* Communicate effectively through email and Microsoft Teams to support daily operations.
* Provide administrative and front desk support to tenants, staff, and visitors.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
* Assist with general office and facility-related tasks as assigned.
* Position requires light administrative duties with no heavy lifting required.
