As the Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.Compensation & Benefits:Performance-Based Bonuses & Aggressive Earning Potential.Total Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 (Base + Commission + Bonus).Autonomy to fully manage your department.Work in a FUN & EXCITING fitness environment, be part of a POSITIVE team culture.Growth & Leadership Development: Ongoing training & mentorship.Promotion opportunity – Become the Club Manager.Free VIP Crunch Fitness membership.What We Look For In Our Fitness Professionals:Proven ability to build the Personal Training business.Experienced in executing floor pulls.Nationally recognized personal training certification.Experience in recruiting and coaching the personal training staff.Ability to run the department playbook – Know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.Key Responsibilities:Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients.Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives.Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset.Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies.Execute the monthly marketing initiative.Qualifications:CPR Certification (required)Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Physical effort required for daily duties, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walkingAbout Crunch:Crunch is the fastest-growing fitness brand globally.
