Account Manager – Domestic SalesWe are seeking a sharp, energetic Account Manager for one of our clients in Plantation. This is not an outside sales role. The position is primarily inside sales and customer service focused, managing assigned customer accounts and acting as the internal point of contact for clients.Schedule and CompensationMonday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $70,000 plus end-of-year bonusEssential Functions & ResponsibilitiesManage and own a portfolio of domestic customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contactBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through responsiveness, follow-up, and solution-oriented communicationAct as the internal representative for customers, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure customer needs are metPrepare quotes and gather all required documentation to support the quotation processProvide timely updates to customers regarding order status, pricing, inventory, testing, shipping, and related mattersHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficientlySend product samples to existing and prospective customers as requestedTrack and manage customer-owned inventoryMaintain accurate and organized customer records, including quotes, orders, pricing, packaging, specifications, and complaintsProcess purchase orders and assist with invoice-related tasksProvide regular feedback to management regarding account activity and statusProactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business initiativesParticipate in occasional trade shows and customer-related eventsPerform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisorQualificationsAssociate's degree in Science or Business required; Bachelor's degree preferredBilingual English and Spanish is required2–3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer-facing sales rolesProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with a strong customer-first mindsetProfessional presentation, energetic personality, and ability to work directly with senior leadership
