What You Bring: Currently enrolled or recently graduated from any college program (all majors welcome). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Eager to learn and take on new challenges with a positive attitude. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Controllers and the Director of Accounting to support their projects, offering feedback on workflows and the financial entries they oversee. Partner with the operations team on‑site, gaining valuable insight into how operations flow across departments while developing a comprehensive understanding of how accounting information systems function within the organization. Attend accounting and budget meetings to take notes, contribute ideas, and provide meaningful input to drive financial accuracy and efficiency. Help manage cash flow, invoices, and payables, maintaining timely and accurate financial records. Assist with auditing and reviewing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Contribute to inventory management and real‑estate property accounting for company holdings. Support cash balancing for residential communities and the month‑end close for retail businesses. Assist with budget forecasting for construction projects and provide financial performance analysis. Collaborate on the creation of budgets and pro‑forma financial statements for long‑term financial planning. Help refine processes and SOPs to improve efficiency in accounting operations. Perform other duties as assigned, based on your skills and areas of interest. Requirements and Skills: Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Juniors and Seniors preferred). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Must be able to meet background requirements.
