We operate over 20 sites across the US and Canada and are expanding our reach. The Role Artemis is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator I for the San Diego office. Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Senior Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for the conduct of research protocols, ensuring the integrity and quality of the clinical research and adherence to Good Clinical Practice Guidelines. The Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator manages study conduct from planning through study closeout. Position Type: Full Time Pay Range: $70,304k - $75,000k/year Travel: 0% Work Schedule: Monday & Thursday – 8:30 am–5 pm / Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday – 7:00 am–3:00 pm Responsibilities In-depth understanding of Pharmaceutical Sponsor/Industry‑initiated FDA studies to conduct the study with excellent quality. Manage all aspects of a study including informed consent, study procedures per protocol, data entry and query resolution, investigational product management, supply and equipment management, hosting monitoring visits, and attending investigator meetings. Provide the highest level of care for study patients and deliver excellent customer service to Pharmaceutical clients. Assist with lab draws, processing, and shipping. Supervise direct reports as required. Adapt to changing duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum five (5+) years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator required. Experience supervising other employees strongly preferred. Medical assistant or phlebotomist certification required. Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service. Excellent communication, punctual and responsible. Highly organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Trustworthy, reliable and attentive to details. Mature and pleasant demeanor. Willingness to learn new tasks and grow with the company.
