About the job Remote Administrative Assistant Our major financial client is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a technology team. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience. Perform administrative functions to include: Manage requests that come through the cart - need to look at tasks/requests and triage them. Proficient in Microsoft Office -- Outlook, Word and Excel. Use Teams for communication Must be able to handle a high volume of work Must be detail oriented and follow procedures Some of the work is independent and some will be team projects/tasks Must have technical knowledge Experience in report writing is a plus Some research projects Assist with events General comments. Remote with the exception of a quarterly face-to-face meeting, which may be "as needed" but never on a fixed schedule - at the discretion of the Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workoo Technologies
