Finance and Strategy Manager

Finance & Strategy Manager (NYC) - Financial Modeling - exceptional company The company runs a marketplace/tech platform. This is the company's first dedicated Finance & Strategy hire, partnering directly with the hiring manager (currently solo on finance). You'd own the financial model, drive capital/runway planning for the Series B, model deal structures/pricing/market entry/CapEx/hiring scenarios, run scenario planning for leadership, own monthly reporting, and support working capital and lender relationships. Requirements Driver-based financial modeling built from scratch (not template-filling) 2+ years in IB, corporate finance, or top-tier consulting (or equivalent startup finance experience) Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong bias for action Bonus: live fundraise experience, SQL/technical fluency, commodities/industrial/marketplace background, working capital/lender reporting exposure, strong writing.
