Sales & Support Specialist - Community Markets

Role Summary Support a dynamic Commercial/Private Banking team by providing administrative, deposit, and loan documentation support across the full client lifecycle. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate, compliant solutions while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Exposure to complex commercial relationships offers opportunities to grow banking expertise. Key Accountabilities Coordinate and manage commercial loan documentation, closings, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Partner with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Private Bankers to support portfolio administration and risk management. Serve as a primary liaison between clients, sales teams, operations, and external partners to resolve complex inquiries. Process deposit and loan account activities, including account openings, maintenance, and service requests using internal systems. Collect required financial documentation from clients and coordinate timely submission to Credit Operations. Provide administrative and sales support, including reporting, scheduling, pipeline tracking, and preparation of client materials. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in banking or an office environment with knowledge of commercial/business banking products and loan documentation. Pay Range $19.08 - $32.71 per hour (actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications).
