Business Operations Manager/Senior Manager (German or French Speaking)

We’ve found that low ego, a growth mindset, and leaning into action and high impact goes a long way here Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup Professional fluency in German or French, with strong written and verbal communication skills Able to move remarkably fast with little structure, guidance Curious to learn about different parts of the business and how to pull certain levers to grow faster Ability to operate independently and go deep on ambiguous projects Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally. You are proactive, great at communicating with different audiences and can bring stakeholders on-board.
