Answer queries by telephone, email, or within the ticket tracking system. Maintain and updates records and tracking databases Coordinating with senior staff for recurring issues. Strong written and verbal skills. Technical Support personnel perform Tier 1 customer and contractor service related to program and systems. Perform day‑to‑day support interacting with customers and contractor. Document issues, solutions and interactions accurately. Answer queries by telephone, email, or within the ticket tracking system. Maintain and updates records and tracking databases. Coordinating with senior staff for recurring issues. Strong written and verbal skills. High School Diploma Required 1 year of call center experience preferred 1 year of Microsoft Suite preferred Target Compensation... $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $17.65 - $25.05 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
