Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders, helping drive employee engagement, performance, development, and business success across your assigned locations.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coaching leaders, navigating employee relations matters, developing talent, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and helping create a positive employee experience throughout the organization

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll support leaders and employees across assigned dealerships by:

• Serving as a trusted HR partner to managers and leadership teams
• Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
• Conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations
• Coaching leaders on employee development, corrective action, and career growth
• Supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
• Interpreting and communicating HR policies and procedures
• Partnering with leadership to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention
• Identifying training and development opportunities for managers and employees
• Helping ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Professional Development Opportunities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required

1-2 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience required

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices

Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion

Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills

Acceptable pre-employment background check and drug screening (post-offer)
