Salar$ 35- $ 51 per hour based on experience 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred This role will be a Technical Talent Acquisition role. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Screen and interview candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS. Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
