Fundraising Manager

Voices for Children, CASA of Boulder County (VFC) is looking for a Fundraising Manager to help drive the individual donor, corporate partnership, and legacy giving work that powers our mission. About Us Voices for Children, CASA of Boulder County (VFC) builds a healthier community by delivering services, support, and best interest advocacy to children who have experienced trauma. These children are faced with a difficult path complicated by the physical, psychological, and emotional trauma they have experienced. Voices for Children understand its responsibility to support our communities' children. About the Role As Fundraising Manager, you'll own the full donor journey including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, across three key pillars: Individual Giving: Manage and grow a portfolio of donors and prospects, build personalized engagement strategies, coordinate donor meetings, and maintain timely and meaningful donor acknowledgements. Corporate Partnerships: Identify and cultivate mission-aligned corporate partners, develop sponsorship packages, and manage workplace giving, matches, and cause-marketing relationships. Legacy Giving: Build and implement a planned giving strategy, identify and cultivate planning giving prospects, educate donors about planned giving options, and maintain ongoing stewardship of legacy giving members. Note: This role is focused on relationship-based fundraising and does not include grant writing or reporting. What You Bring 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising, sales, or relationship-based development experience in Boulder County A track record of success with major donor and corporate fundraising Experience with planned/legacy giving programs Strong interpersonal and relationship-building instincts Comfort managing multiple donor relationships and priorities at once Proficiency with CRM/donor database systems Bonus points if you've worked in child advocacy or social services, know the Boulder County philanthropic landscape, or have supported Board-led fundraising efforts.
