CNC Programmer & MachinistSeeking an experienced CNC Programmer & Machinist to join a growing industrial machinery parts manufacturer.We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist who takes pride in getting the job done right. You'll be hands-on with programming, setup, machining, inspection, and problem-solving in a clean, climate-controlled, old-shop feel facility where your experience and technical judgment matter. If you can look at a complex drawing, understand how to machine the part, and turn that into a quality finished part, this might be the right fit for you.What You'll Do:Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, specifications, and work instructions.Program, set up, and perform changeovers on CNC equipment.Perform precision turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations.Work to close and interrelated tolerances while maintaining demanding quality standards.Inspect and gauge parts throughout the machining process.Measure finished workpieces to verify conformance to specifications.Run multiple machines simultaneously when applicable.Maintain clean machines, tooling, work areas, and finished parts.Work collaboratively with the CNC team to solve problems and keep jobs moving.Take on additional responsibilities as needed.Application Requirements:5+ years of conventional and/or CNC machine operating experience.3+ years of CNC CAM programming experience.Strong understanding of CNC machining and precision manufacturing.Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.Excellent attendance and reliability.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction.Physical requirements apply.Preferences That Set You Apart:Mastercam programming.Okuma and DMG lathes and machining centers.Multiple-axis machining experience.Vericut programming experience.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package.Bonus opportunities.Paid time off.Long-term career stability & growth.Tuition reimbursement.
