Responsibilities Execute complex machining operations using Haas CNC control systems to meet production targets. Analyze technical blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure precise part geometry and tolerance compliance. Proactively monitor equipment performance and perform real-time offsets to maintain consistent output quality. Conduct preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting to maximize machine uptime and operational reliability. Maintain a safe, organized workspace that adheres to all industrial safety protocols and quality management systems. Partner with production leads to streamline workflows and improve overall manufacturing efficiency. Record detailed production metrics and maintain accurate documentation of finished parts. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in operating Haas CNC machining centers. Solid understanding of GD&T, tooling selection, and material properties. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance. Preferred Skills Technical certification or vocational training in CNC Machining or related fields. Experience with multi-axis machining or complex setups.
