Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
• Work with motors, conveyors, pumps, sensors, and automated equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Support equipment installation, modifications, and upgrades
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in CMMS
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment strongly preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical diagrams
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
