Job Description: Business Analyst Experience: 5+ years in Healthcare IT or related domain

Strategic Requirement Elicitation & Management
Solution Design & Partnership
Data Analysis & Modeling
Leadership & Quality Assurance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, regulatory frameworks)
Experience with EHR systems, claims processing, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS)
Agile/Scrum Certification
