- Coordinate clinical staff schedules to ensure seamless care across all clinical areas.
- Serve as the go-to contact for time and attendance for our amazing caregiving team.
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls-often the first point of contact for families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
- Play a key role in supporting resident care by keeping staffing efficient and communication clear.
