Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder (Panel Builder II / Industrial Control Panels) Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (Onsite) Pay: $25.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (Day Shift) Summary Now hiring an experienced Electrical Panel Builder in Auburn Hills, MI to build industrial control panels from electrical schematics and prints. This Electrical Panel Builder role is for candidates who can independently interpret schematics (not circuit boards or wire harnesses) and complete full panel builds—layout, component installation, and wiring with high accuracy. Responsibilities Interpret electrical schematics, prints, and work instructions independently Perform full control panel builds: layout, mounting, wiring, and component installation Identify layout/material discrepancies and communicate to the lead Use measurement equipment accurately (tape measure, T-square, torque wrench, scale) Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards Support workflow while working independently; assist with field installs/service calls as needed Use cranes/rigging/forklifts when required (role/task dependent) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (technical/vocational training preferred) 3+ years related experience in panel building / control panel wiring Ability to read and build from industrial control panel electrical schematics Knowledge of electrical/mechanical drawings and wiring to print Strong attention to detail, quality-first mindset, and clear communication Helpful keywords: electrical panel builder, panel builder, control panel builder, industrial control panels, schematics, wiring to prints, component installation, DIN rail, terminal blocks, ferrules, crimping, torque specs, measurement tools, crane/rigging, forklift #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
