Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and individual family members addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the needs and dynamics of the family unit and individual clients.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing assessment and modification of clinical interventions based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and case management activities as per regulatory standards.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share therapeutic techniques, and foster a collaborative care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a wide array of clients, focusing on both adults and the child/adolescent populations. You will work with families dealing with complex relational issues, individual mental health challenges, and the impact of life transitions such as blended families, separation, and divorce.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
