Project Manager - Financial Services Capital Markets

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives within Capital Markets Asset Management and Wealth Management

The role will be responsible for driving strategic programs involving application rationalization platform consolidation business process transformation and integration across multiple Lines of Business LOBs




The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services operations and technology landscapes with experience managing cross functional teams stakeholders business users architects and application owners to deliver largescale transformation programs




Key Responsibilities




Program Project Leadership




Lead endtoend delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Capital Markets Asset Management and Wealth Management functions
Develop and maintain project plans roadmaps budgets timelines and governance frameworks
Manage multiple workstreams involving business operations data technology infrastructure and vendor teams
Drive alignment between business objectives and technology execution




Application Rationalization Integration




Lead application portfolio assessments to identify opportunities for consolidation modernization retirement or migration
Manage integration programs involving multiple upstream and downstream systems across business functions
Define targetstate architecture in collaboration with enterprise architects and technology leaders
Oversee migration and decommissioning activities while minimizing business disruption




Business Stakeholder Management




Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders product owners operations teams and technology organizations
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements identify gaps and define futurestate processes
Present program updates risks dependencies and financial status to executive leadership
Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups across multiple business entities and regions




Governance Risk Compliance




Establish program governance executive steering committees and decisionmaking forums
Manage project risks issues dependencies and mitigation plans
Ensure adherence to regulatory audit risk and compliance requirements within the financial services environment
Track and report KPIs milestones and benefit realization metrics




Change Transformation Management




Drive organizational change management and business adoption strategies
Coordinate user acceptance testing training communication and release activities
Support operating model transformation and business process optimization initiatives







Required Qualifications




Bachelors degree in Business Finance Technology or related discipline
10 years of Project/Program Management experience within Financial Services
Strong experience in Capital Markets Asset Management Wealth Management Investment Banking or Custody Services
Proven track record leading enterprisescale application modernization integration or rationalization programs
Experience with Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong knowledge of SDLC system integration data migration and transformation programs
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
