Shipping Supervisor - 2nd Shift

This position will be based at our Grand Prairie facility. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include receiving, storage, inventory management, and delivery to customers. Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and planning to support production while leading a team of 5-10 members. Interact daily with manufacturing lines, project managers, and carriers to accommodate LTL and FTL requirements. Ensure safe and effective processing of customer orders for large high‑value equipment with contracted carriers. Schedule the team and assign daily tasks. Execute SAP‑WM transactions for daily shipping and material movement operations. Manage shipping functions, yard management, and dock operations. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in distribution, outbound shipping, or transportation management. High school diploma or GED. Proven leadership skills in warehouse and logistics operations with the ability to work with all organizational levels. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsor. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management. Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM accreditation). Experience with SAP.
