Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's mental health status and needs through interviews and standardized testing.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's specific goals and challenges.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions while integrating appropriate therapeutic interventions suited to various mental health conditions.

• Maintain an ongoing evaluation of progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols as needed.

• Collaborate in case consultations with fellow clinicians, expanding collective knowledge and improving treatment efficacy.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions and documentation.

• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and follow clinical reporting procedures rigorously.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and team meetings, to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of a diverse range of clients, including those who are uninsured or possess employer-sponsored healthcare. The patients you serve will face various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). With sensitivity and understanding, you will work to not only address their immediate concerns but also empower them with tools for lasting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in the mental health field.

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish strong connections with clients and their families.

• Proficient in documenting and analyzing data accurately and thoroughly.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth therapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is considered an asset, as is specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, benefits include:
