Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

About: Ready to own a territory, build relationships, and turn a pipeline into serious revenue? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across the convenience store market throughout the DC, Philadelphia, and Baltimore territory, with flexibility for candidates based in a major hub with strong airport access. This is a highly autonomous, field-based hunter role focused on prospecting independent convenience store owners, identifying contract opportunities, building relationships with multi-location chains, managing opportunities through CRM, and closing revenue-sharing agreements. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with deep convenience store industry experience, strong CRM and technology skills, and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, travel-heavy environment.


Salary: $50,000 - $85,000/ Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow a multi-market territory through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and face-to-face sales
• Build a pipeline of independent convenience store accounts and identify high-value opportunities with regional and national chains
• Track competitor contracts, renewal timelines, account activity, and territory strategy through Dynamics CRM
• Conduct frequent overnight travel and in-person meetings with customers across the territory
• Negotiate and close long-term revenue-sharing agreements while maximizing contract value
• Use Microsoft tools, AI, CRM technology, and mapping tools to plan territories, generate proposals, and manage sales activity
• Operate as a self-directed sales hunter while collaborating closely with a lean, entrepreneurial team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven hunter mentality and strong track record of winning new business
• Required convenience store industry experience with established relationships and knowledge of independent store operators
• Strong CRM experience, with Dynamics knowledge highly preferred
• Comfort with Microsoft Suite, technology, AI tools, mapping platforms, and data-driven territory planning
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including approximately three overnight stays per week depending on territory needs
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to sell effectively in person
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience
