Lead the Culinary Team as Kitchen Manager at Heist Brewery - NoDa!

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining the high standards that Heist Brewery is known for. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Leading, mentoring, and managing the kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Maintaining inventory and managing food costs to meet budgetary goals.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the team to develop and execute creative, high-quality menu items.
Monitoring food preparation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

At least 5 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a busy kitchen.
A passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
A thorough understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
