Lead the Culinary Team as Kitchen Manager at Heist Brewery - NoDa!
Are you a seasoned culinary professional with a passion for leading a dynamic kitchen team? Heist Brewery - NoDa, located in the heart of Charlotte, NC, is looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to bring their expertise and leadership to our vibrant brewery and restaurant. What You’ll Be DoingAs our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining the high standards that Heist Brewery is known for. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing the kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintaining inventory and managing food costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and execute creative, high-quality menu items.
- Monitoring food preparation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a busy kitchen.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- A thorough understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
