Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management, preferably in a full-service dining environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Experience with inventory management systems and scheduling tools
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
