Join Our Team as a Primary Care Physician
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join our Newtown Primary Care & Specialty Practice located in Newtown, CT. This role involves taking on a leadership position within a dynamic team that includes three physicians, two APRNs, and one LCSW. Newtown is a picturesque small town in Fairfield County, situated approximately sixty miles from New York City.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physician who is committed to providing comprehensive, team-oriented care to a diverse adult patient population. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to manage both acute and chronic health conditions
- Promoting wellness across your patient panel
- Working in a fully outpatient environment with access to a state-of-the-art integrated electronic health record system, facilitating seamless communication across various healthcare settings

- Effective inbox management strategies to help maintain work-life balance
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- MD or DO degree with a valid Connecticut State License, Federal DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Previous experience as a Primary Care Physician is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Shared off-hour coverage among multiple providers, primarily phone consultations with nurse triage support

CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $275,000 and $285,000 , based on experience.
