SettLiT is Marble's US legal-market platform: digital health intelligence for personal injury and mass-tort law firms. We give these firms fast, compliant access to the health and claims data their cases depend on. Structured medical data and fraud signals turn months of waiting into days of usable case intelligence, so firms can evaluate, resolve, and finance cases with confidence, and claimants get to resolution faster.

The Opportunity

SettLiT's pipeline is built on relationships formed in person, visiting customers at their offices in the cities where they work, and at legal and mass-tort conferences, summits, and industry events across the US. We're hiring a full-cycle, quota-carrying Field Account Executive who lives on the road: nurturing the relationships that start on the conference floor and carrying event-originated deals through to signature. You'll attend events to sell, logistics are handled for you, and between trips you'll work your pipeline from a hybrid remote home base in Las Vegas. You'll report to our Head of Sales.

What You'll Do

• Represent SettLiT on the road travelling is a significant part of your time (roughly 60–80%), taking you to the conferences and rooms where our customers gather.
• Build and nurture relationships with attorneys and law-firm decision-makers in person, meeting prospects where they are.
• Be a solutions expert for our product in the personal injury legal field: demoing, ideating, and bringing a consultative, solution-oriented approach to how we solve business problems for our customers and prospects using creativity, expertise, and determination.
• Own event-originated deals end to end: qualify on the floor, follow through relentlessly, and carry them to close.
• Collaborate with our desk-based AEs and BDRs to leverage clean co-selling where it wins the deal.
• Maintain CRM discipline from the road so pipeline, attribution, and follow-ups stay current.
• Feed field intelligence back to sales leadership and marketing: which events, rooms, and relationships actually move revenue.

What You Bring

• A proven full-cycle B2B SaaS sales track record demonstrating you have closed complex, relationship-driven deals.
• Exceptional in-person presence: you build trust fast and sustain it across a tight-knit professional community.
• Genuine appetite for a road-first life. This role is heavy, continuous travel, not occasional trips.
• Self-direction and follow-through: nobody chases you for the next step, and your CRM tells the true story.
• US-based, in Las Vegas, Nevada

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience selling into law firms: personal injury, mass tort, or litigation services.
• A history of event-based or field selling.

Where You'll Work

On the road, primarily, with a remote home base between trips. US-based; Las Vegas, Nevada. Travel is fully supported: expenses covered, and event logistics are handled by our team so you can focus on selling.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD base, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for uncapped variable compensation tied to performance.
