Nestlé Out of Home is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager (CAM) dedicated to the Cruise Channel, responsible for managing, growing, and retaining strategic partnerships with major cruise line operators. This role requires explicit experience working with or for cruise lines, including a deep understanding of cruise line operating models, onboard food and beverage programs, guest experience standards, and port‑side logistics. The CAM will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned cruise accounts, leading national agreements, joint business planning, program execution, and long‑term growth strategies across Nestlé’s Out of Home beverage and solutions portfolio. This high‑visibility role requires strong executive presence, commercial rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly complex, fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. Strategic Partnership Leadership Own and lead senior‑level relationships with cruise line stakeholders across procurement, culinary, hotel operations, and brand experience teams. Navigate complex shipboard operations, contract structures, and deployment timelines unique to the cruise industry. Build effective proposals based on customer needs, consumer insights, and customer decision criteria using a storytelling approach. Create and execute strategic joint business planning and reporting for both business partners and internal stakeholders. Source and analyze insights and analytics to drive business decisions. Acquire in‑depth knowledge and expertise in customer channels to become a trusted subject matter expert. Deal Making Generate, manage and execute complex and high‑impact partnership contracts and programs with both existing and new business partners. Conduct thorough cost‑benefit analyses of high‑value partnerships to assess their potential value. Demonstrate strong executive presence and maturity. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Program Management Lead teams and work across marketing, category, digital, finance, and field sales to analyze business performance and shape initiatives that can be implemented successfully across the system. Direct new program implementation and national account rollouts, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and objectives. Act as a representative for both the customer and the company when engaging with internal and external key stakeholders. Summary of Requirements 4‑year bachelor’s degree. Direct experience working with or for cruise lines (required). Direct B2B sales or general management at Fortune 500 companies, premium/luxury brands, food & beverage (8+ years). National program management experience (3+ years). Complex contract negotiations experience (3+ years). Foundational financial acumen. Strong preference for Florida‑based candidates (open to remote within Florida); periodic travel to cruise line headquarters, ports, and vessels required. Functional knowledge of marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy. Ability to adapt strategies, plans, and thrive in ambiguous environments. Functional knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and proposal submissions. Skilled at simplifying complicated material to communicate concisely and effectively. The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
