Company Overview

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company, focused on giving seniors the option to age in place. We are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

• Business Development : develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral Building : cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling : hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In‑home Assessments : build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management : oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture : create the workplace of choice for your territory, setting standards through incentive, motivation and morale.

Preferred Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full‑time
• Base salary ($80k - $100k based on experience) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year. Additional 20% quarterly cash profit share. Paid health, dental, vision insurance; company car with paid gas; cell phone stipend; unlimited PTO with corporate approval; initial and ongoing training. Full funding required.
