Job Description
As a Security Officer - Dedicated Overnight Driving Role in San Diego CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic location as an unarmed officer in a driving post where you will maintain a visible presence respond to security-related concerns document daily activity and provide strong customer service and communication. You will work alongside a team that is agile reliable innovative and people first helping to support a secure environment through teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document relevant activity as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
