EcoPacha Landscaping  transforms outdoor spaces across El Cerrito and the East Bay through landscape design, hardscaping, lawn care, and commercial garden maintenance.

We are currently seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our growing landscaping company. This is a remote position for a candidate located in the area who can regularly travel to job sites to capture content and occasionally meet with them team at project sites or local meeting locations.

Schedule: Full-Time position with a remote schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic website knowledge preferred (expert-level experience not required).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• 1+ years of marketing, communications, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must reside within the local service area and be able to travel to job sites for content creation.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available for occasional in-person meetings at job sites or local meeting spots (such as coffee shops).

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, blog posts, and promotional content.
• Capture photos and videos of completed landscaping and hardscaping projects at local job sites.
• Maintain the marketing content calendar and assist with campaign scheduling.
• Collaborate with field teams to highlight projects and company services.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist with customer reviews, testimonies, and reputation management.
• Respond to social media inquiries and direct projects to appropriate team.
• Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and marketing partners.
• Track marketing expenses and assist with budget reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
