Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• We have a track record of building and maintaining production-ready software with clear modular separation, such as distinct services for parsing, logic, and reporting.
• We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience working with SQL databases.
• We have practical experience developing for live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-turn system interactions.
• We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
• Nice to have: we have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where data collection leads to reasoned outputs.
• Nice to have: we have hands-on experience connecting agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real-world challenges.
• Nice to have: we are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
• Nice to have: we can identify subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

• We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback on AI agent behavior.
• We support the development of proactive, multi-step agents that can design, coordinate, and optimize complex real-world architectural workflows.
• We contribute technical judgment to improve how autonomous systems operate in practical environments.
• We analyze system interactions and provide clear, detailed feedback on complex behaviors.
• We work with leading AI organizations to strengthen large language model performance in orchestration and task execution.
