Responsibilities:

As a Digital Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

• Consultative Digital Selling:  Serve as a trusted advisor, providing specialized information about our range of vehicles through digital channels.
• Customer Relationship Building: Use your digital communication skills to convert online interactions into lasting customer relationships.
• Digital Troubleshooting:  Proactively solve any challenges customers face in the online purchasing process.
• Follow-Ups & Problem-Solving:  Schedule regular digital interactions with customers while resolving issues effectively to uplift the customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, customer-focused digital atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Be Digitally Savvy:  Comfortable and efficient in utilizing CRM tools and other digital platforms.
• Be Empathetic: Exceptional skills in listening to and understanding customer needs.

• Have a Passion for Cars: An enthusiasm for vehicles and a willingness to continually learn about our products.
• Fluency in English: Additional language skills, particularly in Spanish, are a significant plus.
• Educational Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position.
• An 8-hour shift is required.
• Availability to work on weekends is required.

Compensation:

• The pay structure will be a Base Salary + Commission, with an earning potential of $44,000 - $88,000 per year.

5 Days a Week - Alternating Sundays

Weekdays:
Morning Shift: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday:
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Sunday:
10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
