Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Dover Federal Credit Union

Dover Federal Credit Union is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and optimize the organization’s employee benefit programs. You will handle enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and compliance while serving as a resource for employees on health, retirement, and wellness plans. You will also back up bi-weekly payroll activities and support ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and leave administration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in benefits administration and strong attention to detail within #J-18808-Ljbffr
