Junior Recruiter

Codebridge is looking for a Junior Recruiter who’s ready to close junior and mid-level roles. You’ll conduct HR interviews, manage candidate communication, and work closely with hiring teams to ensure smooth and thoughtful recruitment. Responsibilities: Recruit candidates for junior and mid-level roles Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements. Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and next steps. Source candidates to build strong pipelines. Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure job postings are clear and up-to-date. Requirements: 0.5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or tech-related roles). Strong communication and organizational skills. English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
