Strategic Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)

Oversee Connecteam's most significant Enterprise and Strategic customers in the US. Proactive, consultative, and data-driven approach to ensure long-term retention and advocacy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with customers' key business objectives. Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT teams, and operational leaders. Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive upsells and cross-sells. Experience & Skills: 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting. Proven ability to manage Enterprise/Strategic accounts (ACV of $100K+).
