Office ManagerR360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, has a position available for an Office Manager at our Buchanan Facility near Midland, TX.Pay Range: $65K - $75K DOE + Bonus Opportunity!Responsibilities:Supervise office personnel including hiring, firing and performance managementManage daily administrative operations including establishing work priorities and assisting in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operationsReview monthly financials and assist with fiscal planning to Office expensesOversee and/or process payroll time sheets, PTO documents, travel reimbursements, and/or employment documents for the facility including drivers, maintenance employees, and office staffProvide administrative assistance and support to the District Manager, to include problem solving, project planning and management, day-to-day office coordination, and secretarial servicesOversee maintenance of employee recordsMay coordinate office assignments for the administrative staffCoordinate department programs, seminars, workshops, travel arrangements, special projects, and/or eventsOther duties assigned as neededPromote Waste Connections core operating values, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practicesDemonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systemsRequirements:2-3 years of directly related expertise in administration and customer serviceKnowledge of MS Word and ExcelAbility to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignmentsOrganizing and coordinating skillsKnowledge of accounting proceduresAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingKnowledge of management principles and practicesKnowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory controlAbility to analyze and solve problemsAbility to gather data, compile information, and prepare reportsAbility to foster a cooperative work environmentSuccessful candidates are those who seek to thrive in a drug free environment of operational excellence and accountability.
