Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice in Boston, MA. Requirements Three to five years of labor and employment litigation experience. Knowledge of federal and Massachusetts labor and employment laws. Admission to practice law in Massachusetts. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Former experience as a federal court law clerk preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to manage complex litigation tasks independently.
