Our law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Attorney with a focus on Employment Litigation. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with our team of seasoned attorneys and provide legal counsel to our diverse client base.

Draft, review, and respond to initial pleadings, discovery requests, and motions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Provide expert advice on labor and employment law matters to our clients.

Defend class action lawsuits and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters.

Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and develop innovative solutions.

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in employment law.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in the state.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney.

Proven experience in drafting, responding to initial pleadings, arguing motions, and defending depositions.

Solid experience in labor and employment law.

Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing and analytical skills.

Ability to handle complex legal issues with minimal supervision.

Proficient in legal research tools and software.
