AP Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Indianapolis seeking an AP Staff Accountant. This is a hands-on role within a lean, collaborative accounting team supporting AP, AR, expense reporting, reconciliations, and some general ledger activity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, wants broad exposure across multiple accounting functions with a big focus on AP, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with increasing transaction volume with room for growth to management level.

Responsibilities:

• Own expense reporting process and related reconciliations
• Support intercompany A/R, A/P, and payment coordination
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Process reimbursements and expense-related activity
• Maintain and set up vendor records
• Assist with audit support and documentation requests
• Support distributor reporting and reconciliations
• Handle daily AP/AR and general accounting tasks
• Assist with AP/PO cleanup and transaction review
• Provide backup coverage across AP and AR
• Prepare journal entries and support GL activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
  • Accounting or finance degree preferred
• 4+ years of AP focused accounting experience
• ERP and T&E software experience required

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
