Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Perrysburg Township, OH.


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for building and assembling kits, picking and packing aftermarket automotive parts, moving materials throughout the facility, and ensuring all products are accurately labeled and prepared for shipment. Available shifts include

1. 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble boxes and kits for automotive part packaging.
• Flexible and willing to work in any department as needed
• Pick the correct automotive parts and place them into designated boxes.
• Insert instruction sheets and verify kit contents for accuracy.
• Label, package, and prepare completed kits for shipment.
• Pack products accurately and efficiently according to work instructions.
• Pick components for production work centers using Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Replenish work centers following shop floor data collection procedures.
• Move materials throughout the facility, including transporting items to wrap stations and designated storage locations.
• Perform master label splits and combines as needed.
• Operate a lift truck in accordance with company safety procedures (if certified).
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate part numbers and production documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Prior warehouse, material handling, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to repetitively lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout an entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a manufacturing environment.
