Supervisor, Operations – Myrtle Beach, SC ADMA Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company committed to creating superior products for immunodeficient patients. The Supervisor, Operations will manage all aspects of our BioCenters operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a team environment that supports donor satisfaction. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Direct oversight and responsibility for employee activities and donor service within assigned area(s). Ensure staff are trained and competent to perform job duties in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Monitor and direct donor flow through the Center to meet expected pace and adjust schedules as needed. Perform lookbacks, audits, data tracking, and process flow evaluation. Work directly with QA to monitor errors, develop corrective actions, and ensure the Center meets regulatory, cGMP, and customer requirements. Monitor staff performance against standards and provide immediate corrective input. Monitor medical supply usage and inventory; inform Director of Center Operations when supplies are needed. Participate in internal audits and assist as necessary. Manage donor floor production task schedules proactively. Oversee donor satisfaction daily and address service issues promptly. Provide input into staff annual evaluations. Act as a role model of excellent work ethic and instill good work ethics in staff. Maintain competence with all required tasks. Train others as required. Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: High‑school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Entry‑level management position; minimal experience required.
